Do you cover Carlton North?

Yes. We work in Carlton North as part of our City of Yarra coverage, on everything from full re-roofs to single leak repairs.

Why change from tiles to metal?

Metal weighs far less than tiles, and there are no more cracked or slipped tiles to chase. It also suits a modern renovation, and you get to pick a fresh Colorbond colour for the house.

Does a tile to metal conversion change the look of the house?

Yes, and for many homes that's part of the appeal. Metal gives a cleaner roof line, and you can choose from the Colorbond range to suit the walls, windows and trims.

Can you replace the gutters at the same time as the roof?

Yes. Plenty of people renew their gutters, fascia and downpipes along with a re-roof, so everything is new and the colours match. We'll include them in the quote if you'd like.

Repairing a Roof Before It Needs Replacing

Not every leak means a new roof. When the problem is a failed flashing or a few damaged sheets, a targeted repair can keep the roof going for a good while yet, and roof maintenance helps keep it in order.

New Gutters With Your New Roof

Old gutters on a new roof can let the whole job down. We replace guttering, fascia and downpipes in Colorbond colours that match the roof, and fit new box gutters and rainheads where the roof needs them.
