Rust spread across many sheets, leaks in more than one spot and repairs that don't last are the usual signs. A single leak at a flashing or one damaged section is normally a repair. We'll tell you what we find and explain which way we'd go.
Often, yes. Many leaks come from one flashing, fixing or junction, and repairing or replacing that part is enough to stop the water. If the problem turns out to be wider than that, we'll explain why.

There comes a point where another patch only delays the next leak. A full re-roof renews the sheets, flashings and capping in one job. For tiled homes, switching to metal also does away with cracked and slipped tiles for good.

Ceiling stains, drips in heavy rain and damp patches near a wall are all worth acting on, because a small leak can soak plaster and timber over time. We find the entry point and fix it, and we can carry out roof maintenance to look after the rest of the roof.

Leaves and grit build up in gutters until water spills over the edge instead of reaching the downpipe. We take care of gutter cleaning, and when the guttering itself has rusted or sagged, we replace it along with any worn fascia.
